MUST HAVEs:

• 3–6 years of related experience

• Experience with freight/logistics between East Asia and Japan

• Direct-to-consumer experience (especially with Shopify)

• Experience fulfilling with Amazon

• Experience with 3rd Party Logistics and managing Shopify–warehouse operations

• Experience sourcing from factories, ideally in Vietnam

NICE TO HAVEs:

• Process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, scaling ops)

• Experience shipping from Vietnam to Japan
