You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to identify key opportunities, provide valuable market insights, and ensure our comprehensive range of products and services meets the evolving demands of various industries.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Drive new business leads to meet or exceed aggressive revenue targets.

Customer & Market Insight: Proactively identify key customer needs and effectively map them to our products and services. Develop potential business opportunities by thoroughly understanding market conditions, customer segments, regulatory landscapes, economics, cultures, and sustainability initiatives.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement robust sales strategies and tactics, set clear sales targets, and execute plans to consistently exceed them.

Market Leadership: Market the company‘s entire range of products and services to prospects and customers within the assigned country/region.

Feedback & Innovation: Provide critical market feedback on competitive offerings and contribute ideas for product development.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
What You Bring:

Education: Tertiary Education required, preferably with an Electronics Engineering background.

Experience:

At least 5 years of progressive Sales experience specifically within the RF and/or Semiconductor industries.

Experience serving clients in sectors such as EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), Manufacturing, Institutions, Aerospace & Defense, Broadcasting, and Telecommunication.

Tools Advantage: Experience in SAP and CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred (but not a primary requirement). Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools like Power BI is an added advantage.
